One of the things that makes it possible for me to read every day is access to my local public library! It has given me the opportunity to read some new releases, tipped me off to books that weren’t on my radar, and offered me the opportunity to explore more books than could ever fit into my budget.
A truly magical aspect of living in Texas is having access to multiple libraries. Not just through inter-library loans, but the TexShare card means I can go to nearby libraries and request direct access! It’s not the same as being a local… but it’s another awesome way to broaden my horizons, and increase the worlds I have access to.
